Pay attention to if they are still loading or not and once they stop...go in and see if paperwork is ready about 30 mins after...IF YOU DONT...ypure gonna be waiting. Thank goodness we did and got on the road in a timely manner. About 235am we get a text the paperwork is ready...lol really? 👍 we are almost out of Texas on the northeast corner...so ummm yeah. I didn't believe the other review about showers & laundry. It was just too unbelievable to think any warehouse would offer such amenities to drivers. But to my surprise they have them & more. I had a 1500 appointment yesterday (Saturday). I arrived on time, backed in to a dock at 1700 & rolling by 1800. The guard said they'd call me. But they only text, they don't call. & You're not allowed on the dock. One of the better warehouses to go to no doubt. If something goes wrong & you have to sit there for hours on end. At least you could take a shower, do some laundry, & watch a couple big screen TVs c'mon. Shoot, almost forgot to mention the potholes on the way in there. I showed up at 1230 for a 1330 live load appt. The trailer inspection took five minutes, and I easily found a spot to park on the shipping side of the facility. Checking in at the computer was simple. I used the drivers lounge to wash some dishes and microwave a meal. I got the text to bump a door at around 1630. An hour later, I was ready to roll. The load was light (19000 lbs of tomatoes) and the revenue to my truck was good ($2700). Yes, you're going to wait a little bit to get loaded, but it shouldn't be a big deal.
