About half the mens showers are out of order, the vending machines break consistently, the computers go down every other week and a few of the washers and dryers have been broken for a while. Does the Laredo Terminal lack funding? If so that outta be changed. About the only save and grace about that Terminal structure wise is the driver lounge and the excellent WIFI. The MENS showers are never clean. There is ALWAYS dirt on the ground in the showers and an outline where the water from the shower head has pushed the dirt aside. This Terminals showers are a pretty poor excuse. The only reason this is getting a 3 star is because the Staff is generally very good at what they do. When I was going through Orientation there, the Orientation teacher was incredibly knowledgeable and very good at what he was doing. The shop is very quick from my experience and the flat bed personnel are friendly, professional and straight to the point with no BS involved. The Laredo Terminals Stack Team office personnel are by far the most efficient team I've ever seen. They are quick with getting us loads, they dont wait around and they ALWAYS get the job done. They are always up front and forward, there is no beating around the bush with them. Especially with Lupita, Julie and whom was previously working there, Daniel. They're incredibly understanding and when hometime comes around they will get you a direct route home 98% of the time. Most importantly, they treat all their drivers with the utmost respect and importance. I couldn't be happier to have a better team. This is one of the if not the best terminals in the United States. I was very apprehensive about coming here because of the shipping yards that I have seen in Laredo. The parking lot is brand new! They are still working on it, but there is more than enough parking. The people that work here are super friendly and helpful. If you need something, they will do what they can to assist you. Safe and secure. I was concerned about security, but that went away as I pulled in. Security at the front gate and fencing with 7000 volts of electrical current surrounds the yard. Clean. Everywhere I went, it was spotless! The bathrooms were very clean also. Showers are individual rooms. Very nice and private. Large laundry area with plenty of machines.

Not a huge choice of food here. They do have vending machines with a varied selection. The nice thing is, they are a quarter of a mile from 3 major truck stops and you can order food and have it delivered to the front gate from different food places in Laredo.

They deserve more stars than Google provides and when I have a delivery in Laredo, I will return to this terminal. Keep it up guys and gals. You're doing...

Love the place...they have rooms for drivers, clean restooms & showers,spacious restbreak area inside and out, friendly staff, and for those who say everyone can bearly speak clear english..thats a lie..those drivers who speak little english are the B1 drivers which we should be greatful for them to be on board with us because they are the ones who bring the loads across to our side without them we wouldnt have any loads to move up. We would have to go across to mexico and get it ourselves and to top it off we would be stuck on the border crossing line for hours now that would be a fustration to us all..I wouldnt want to be in thier shoes. Every company has its faults wether its sitting in a desk for hours or outdoors the best thing to succeed if u find a way thay will make u comfortable and make the best of it..And if u cant then you need to keep looking for that...
