Unprofessional, disorganized and lack or quality for projects and follow through. Our organization had utilized Space through its employee Paddy with terrible experience. Space had done little to rectify their mistakes, errors and omissions and instead created more expense and significant delays.

Space had been tasked to build curtains for medical spaces and failed to measure correctly the needs and provided substandard product. They refused to correct their mistakes yet were seeking full payment without any corrections. Space was tasked to purchase large orders of furniture and due to our lack of confidence with their company we sought another more reputable, honest and organized company to complete the job. Space again failed to provide the necessary hardware for the furniture and again expected full payment for substandard incomplete work. Cubicles were installed poorly, crooked, maligned, not secured, floppy and in poor fashion. In one instance, Paddy recommended to use a spray to clean a brand-new cubicle section with custom fabric which was damaged by their delivery and installers and marked up. Paddy did not replace or correct the deficiencies. Paddy and Space promised on numerous occasions delivery of product and installation and rarely ever met any deadlines. Space and its employees have extremely poor communication which resulted in errors, delays and excessive costs for mistakes for which we were expected to pay for.

These are amongst a few of the many poor experiences we had with Space. We no longer utilize their services. There are many other more qualified, responsible companies who can provide the same access to manufacturer furniture who are lower cost and...

One star is too generous! Space had a complete open and new office area to design.Once design was complete . I raised my concern of office privacy, conversation and noise management. I was told by Michelle our sales/designer and John who designed and installed our sound masking system that I had nothing to worry about. We design office spaces for doctor, lawyer , colleges and govt. offices. Once we moved into our new building it was instantly obvious you could hear every conversation in our office. I called and informed Kathie [dealer principal], of the issues we were having . They made a few very minor attempts at fixing their mistake, which we all knew would not solve the issues we were having. Fast forward 14 mo, later and me contacting them several times to get this fixed. Kathie"s solution was for us basically to close down our business so they could remove what they installed and give us credit . Or pay another $ 11,700 to fix their mistake ! VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Space designed and installed a home office for me. When the 4-drawer file came, it it didn't open as drawers but had a front panel that lifted up and the drawers pulled out. This was different than I wanted/expected. They immediately came out, we discussed exchange/return policies, and they worked with Manufacturer to exchange it. When I wanted to order additional items and the color I'd originally chosen by the manufacturer was discontinued, we were creative in how to use other colors to make it all work. It turned even better than if it were all one color scheme. I needed some follow-up guidance on the motorized table top for up/down position and they responded right away. They were attentive, collaborative, had quick follow-up and they took care of the any questions I had to my satisfaction. I love the layout and...
