Brought in a 250lb pig and got 100lbs of meat back off it. 100lbs of meat is a 40% yield rate when the industry standard is close to 70%. Missing an entire rack of ribs, got 0 bacon, and half or less of pretty much every cut of meat on the cut sheet. It’s like I’m missing half a pig. The packaging on what I did get was terrible in consistency as well.
