Santa Fe Liquormart — Local services in Larned

Horrible customer service!!! I was on the other side of larned and it was 5:56 I called to let them know I was heading there way and a lady named Tessa answered the phone and said if the doors locked there’s nothing I can do. So I hammered down and got to the store at 5:58 and the doors were locked.. complete bullshit! The store wasn’t officially closed because it was 5:58 so I believe after she got off the phone with me she went and locked the door… Blown away at this unprofessional bullshit!! Definitely shouldn’t have the job if you can’t do right by your costumers and your policies!!! We wouldn’t of spent a good chunk of money on this day.. HORRIBLE...

We are new to the area and have been to SF Liquormart several times. The employees are Always nice and helpful. The drive-thru is a huge bonus because, lets face it girls, who wants to put on a bra to go get some pop or snacks ;-) Even if they're super busy and the wait time is a bit long it's still worth it to me to pay for this convenience ! Wonderful snacks and sandwiches but the best part is the people that work there they are very helpful and wonderful people with always a smile it's much more then a liquormart but even in that also they have a great variety of everything for everyone and I am very happy to have found a place like Santa Fa...
