2 days straight, I called up there to place an order. First night, they had me waiting for 15 minutes on the phone to place an order. Just to finally get back on the phone to tell me they are now closing the grill down at 7:30. Tonight, I called to try again, only to be placed on hold for 25 minutes. Forgot about and hung up on. I called back and was told they were busy when I asked why I had to wait that long to order. For 25 minutes, nobody in that store could pick up the phone to let me know. I heard them talking and laughing amounst themselves. They had time to let me know they were busy.. So just FYI, If the man answer and tells you to wait, you may as well hang up and go somewhere else. You will not be able to place an order! My business is done with this place. Yelled at us for throwing away trash in one trashcan at the gas station told me that I couldn’t throw trash away there unless it was in a bag which doesn’t make sense even though I was just cleaning out trash out of my car like a fast food, bag and some water bottles. Yup this absolutely makes sense why this place has 3 1/2 stars the people are extremely rude For no reason, was going to get food. Guess I’m not now. The guy came out and started screaming at us for no reason and the younger chick that works there was yelling and screaming and cussing at me through the front door. I go in this store numerous times every week for the past 4-5 yrs & I've got to say that today was by far the worst. Service was was good except for the girl trying to rush... I told her ranch but got honeymustard. Main problem was the food. Wedges were greasy, burnt & cold all at the same time...neat trick. The chicken strips were also cold & had a strange taste to them. Like the grease needs to be changed. I could've gotten past all that, at least a lil bit, if I'd only had the ranch to dip it all in... Sometimes life sux. Lol. A lil ranch would've made all the difference. Overall a great store & I will be back... p.s. My cat Rudy loved the chicken & gave it a 5paws...
