Spa At 920 — Local services in Laurens

I booked an appt With tori. Miss janda ended up doing them. I was taken to the hair washing sink to have my eyebrows waxed, whatever i got past that even tho it seemed weird...tori was so sweet. But I could tell she wasn't comfortable or familiar with doing the waxing. I guess she is new at this. I dont know. I told her because I could clearly tell she wasn't comfortable , are u sure youre okay doing this? I leave for vacation in 2 days and just wanna make sure I dont end up looking crazy (joking around but seriously) she said would you rather me just pluck them I said if thats what you're more comfortable doing then yes. So I dont get messed up before my vacation. She said ok, went into another room for a min then miss janda (dont know if thats spelled correctly) came back in with her and proceeded to do my brows im thinking okay cool bout to get done right and leave! No messed up brows for vacay... wrong. No trimming of the ends, shapes don't match and my eye is currently bruising. I called when I got home and noticed the mess in my mirror. Which I wasn't offered while I was there, I just glanced at a mirror on the wall on my way out. Anyways, was told to come back today before the day Is over with to come back to see what's wrong... for what? It's to late and I have to go to work at noon which I disclosed when i booked 12-6 so that leaves me stuck with this mess my entire vacation. Not happy at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who's eyebrows need waxed. I tipped tori because i felt bad she was clearly uncomfortable and embarrassed. Things happen but miss janda should've put something on my brows to soothe them if she saw them up close. Now I cant go back for what should've been done before I left, because I...
