iNails & Spa — Local services in Lavon

I know its a long review , but so many bad things happened. I am giving it one star, only because I cant give it 0. I visited this nail spa for my 3rd time a few days ago (Monday 5/5/2025). My first visit was great (a couple of Months ago), Andy did my nails and did a fabulous job. The 2nd time (a month ago) another gentleman did my nails, they were not as good, but they were ok. I dealt with it. I told myself, just make sure next time you call and get an appointment with Andy. On my 3rd visit (5/5/25), I called that morning and requested an appointment with Andy. Appointment was made @ 1PM with Andy. I arrive at 5 til 1 and advised i had a 1 o'clock appointment with Andy. The two of them looked at puzzled and said, Andy is off today, the girl (Lee Lee) advised. But she said I can do you. So, ok, I'm already here. I told her i wanted pink with chrome on top. She did not know what I was talking about, and brought over a swatch that was not what i was asking for. So I said ok lets do cat eye. I picked the color and she started. The color ended up being more rose gold than pink, not her fault, however she did not know how to do cat eye properly, she did not know how to use the magnet. My nails have no cat eye. To top it off she took a chunk out of my pinky with the cuticle tool. I was not going to write a review until today, I found out that. Andy no longer works there, he has moved to Wynn in RC. They knew this at the time i made my appointment and did not tell me and scheduled my appointment anyway. This was a horrible experience, my pinky hurts so bad, I keep hitting it on everything, and it keeps reminding me of this horrible experience. The salon it's self is clean, but is definitely nothing to write home about. I would not go here...

First time here and I am very impressed! I pass by on my way to work every day and stopped in today to get a manicure with dip, pedicure with gel and my daughter got her eyebrows waxed. Holly did my pedicure and omg she was amazing! The massage was perfect! It gave me goosebumps! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who did my nails but he was fantastic. He listened and did exactly what I asked him for my nails (I like them very short and natural looking) and kept asking if I was happy throughout the manicure. They are small but the salon looks great and every person that walked in was immediately greeted and treated like they were excited for them to be there. Someone even walked in and couldn’t wait the 20 min and the guy who did my nails made sure to ask her when she could come back and made an appointment for her before she left! Holly was very friendly and professional and made sure to get my name and told me she would remember my preferences next time! Loved this experience and my 15 year old daughter did too. Prices were amazing as well! Less than $100 for all three services. We will definitely be going back to them...

my aunt always comes here with my little cousin & they get coffin shaped & they always look amazing. i’m extremely picky, they have to be the same length & width. all that. they have to be perfect even though sometimes they can come out crooked because of my nails they should still be perfect. i usually don’t get my nails done because of how picky i am & i never am pleased with my nails when i leave any nail salon. but today i went, showed the lady the picture of the nails i wanted (pink white ombré) & i was expecting the worst. but she started doing them into coffin shape & i was happy. then she started doing the ombré & it turned out perfect. i was so happy with how they turned out, i felt bad for only leaving her $5 for a tip. i just didn’t know it was going to be $45. she deserved more than a $5 tip but i only had a $50. but anyways, first time i been here, first time i got coffin shape & first time i did ombré & they came out amazing. i’m not one to leave reviews anywhere but this place deserved it & i will be coming back &...
