Harbor Freight — Local services in Lawrence Township

This has been the worst retail experience I have ever had. I went in just to buy a few simple things like batteries and a flashlight since there had been heavy rains in the area and I was afraid the power would go out in my home. The manager, Shelley, was very rude when I asked where I could find the batteries and flashlights and talked down on me like I was a mere peasant. This was a very disheartening experience and I am truly offended that this is what the community has came to. I was also walking a bit slow because I am arthritic and she seemed to judge my walking pace as if I had any control over how comfortable I am with walking. This is an ableist institution and I wish to see better management in the future. I will not be returning and I will discourage my fellow citizens of Clearfield from visiting this establishment as well. Purchase your goods...

I was very impressed with the store. I stopped in on 4-5-2023, and it was an experience. I store looked new, and very clean. It was well organized in the store and easy to find things.

The store was well stocked, and I didn't see any open spots on the shelves.

I have been to other Harbor Freight Tools, and I have had issues with out of stock.

The prices I feel are the best for the area for tools.

Bought a small inverter from Harbor freight. It would not do the job. Took it back and went to the bigger size. It's still wouldn't do the job. Although the gentleman told me this will definitely work for you. I took it back only because it wouldn't do the job I needed for it to do.
