Phantom Fireworks of Tioga — Local services in Lawrence Township

Had a great experience with the sales associate when we purchased the fireworks. Help my husband and I alot.

Then the next day when I was checking my credit card alerts I was over charged $60.00 dollars. So I called the store and spoke to one of the associates and she was polite and took down my name and information then stated that the owner would call with in the hour.

Today wich is Sunday, I called back about my issue and the first associate that answered went to find someone that could help me, then the next person that came to the phone, informed me that she doesn't have time for this right now that I would have to email her my information that she has a line of people in the store that it's the fourth of July weekend (oh ok) I stated to her thats not very good customer service and that I would call my credit card company or I can stop in. She stated do what you have to do. Then hung up on me. I've been in retail for alot of years no matter how busy the store gets with customers you never treat the ones that have an issue like that.

I came to this store to buy fireworks for my wedding reception. I had never bought fireworks before so I was a little nervous and full of questions. The guy in the store was SUPER helpful and made selecting the perfect show super easy! He answered my questions for over an hour. Everything went PERFECT and the biggest compliments I got on my wedding day were about the fireworks I shot off that night. I had many comments of "Oh, they got the good fireworks." and "This was better than the townships display this year." While they were expensive, they were worth every penny. 10/10, I will be back to do my first 4th of July...

Go here!! Best bang for your buck!!! Everything buy 1 get 1 free. Some buy 1 get 2 free!! I walked out of here with two big bags filled with fireworks for less than $100 bucks. They have everything your looking for, nothing to small or big. Also the customer service was off the chain. I don't know much about fireworks and they helped me from the moment i walked in to the moment i left, i didn't even have to ask. I went to a place the day before, and there was six people standing around, not one offered to help me or even said hello. This is the place to get your fireworks! I live over 2 hrs away but its worth...
