Yankee Peddler has been one of my favorite events since I was a kid. I've been going for over 20 years, and it's still one of my favorite places to be. The smell of bonfires, the sound of blacksmiths hammering away, afternoons spent traipsing about the woods: I can't recommend it highly enough.
On a practical note, as one or two other reviewers mentioned, Yankee Peddler is a great place to get gifts for the holidays or upcoming birthdays. Bring your own bags, and if you're planning on doing a lot of shopping, a small wagon or grocery carrier wouldn't be amiss. Wear good walking shoes, as you'll be on uneven ground in the woods. Have rain gear in the car just in case. And come hungryâ you won't want to miss out on all the delicious treats (homemade lemonade, turkey legs, apple fritters, kettle corn...need...

I asked the lady Breaking cars in the parking lot if they had shuttles and she said no. Retorted this is a long way to get into the gate. She said rudely that you're gonna have to walk when you get inside. And that comment made me mad and I barked at her loudly dad that inside is where I want to log not in this big parking lot. Although this year in 2022 I went today and I can't believe how high the items are priced it was pretty hard to find something that you could like and afford at the same time there is a lot of very cute things but the vendors have to realize that a lot of people are walking around with empty bags because of the prices being way too high....
