We purchased a sofa and recliner 3 years ago along with an extended warranty. About 6 months after purchasing it the sofa started to sag on 1 side and the leather had a spot that looked like you had pulled it off with tape. I called and sent pictures and they said they had to order parts. After about 3 months I still hadn’t heard back from them on the parts so I called. Finally got a call back after about a month and me asking to speak to a manger. Come to find out my parts had made it in but they lost them. Finally get parts in, they supposedly fix it and it still sags. This past summer I noticed a tear on my recliner on the underside of the arm, call up there to get it fixed and she told me because I purchased the extended warranty I needed to call the warranty department. I call them, they send someone out and tell me that they can’t fix it. So I email story and lee and explain. Mr Story calls me back, they pick up my chair and fix it. Since we have gotten it back it squeaks whenever you rock in it. Very frustrating to pay the amount of money you pay and it doesn’t even last. No I have not called to complain about the squeaking because it’s a pain in the neck to get anything done it seems. Next time I’ll purchase a cheap set and replace...
Read moreA+++++ visit!!! I have walking difficulties in which I use 2 canes. I knew I couldn't ambulate the showroom. So, I called and spoke with Stephanie, in sales, to see if they had a means of accommodating me to check on a new recliner. She stated they have wheelchairs. But, she said the recliners I'm looking for aren't far from the door. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely and I asked for Stephanie. Stephanie came over but was in mid transaction with another customer. She said I'm gonna ask Michael to help you. He was very considerate of my physical disability. He asked me all kinds of so he had an idea of just what I was looking for. He asked me to have a seat in one of the recliners as he navigated the inventory looking for what I described during his questioning. He made my experience very easy, pleasant and enjoyable. By the way, I bought the very 1st one he showed me! I should arrive 3/10. I can't wait!!!

Read moreWhat a great experience we just had at Story & Lee in Leoma, TN. First of all, we had no idea the store was so huge. It is enormous and filled with beautiful furniture! Secondly, our sales associate, Jessica, was incredibly helpful. She spent hours with us as we shopped; educating us about styles, manufacturers, craftsmanship, and durability. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Third, I can't say enough about the incredible prices. We were able to purchase several items and still have money left in the budget. Since we have many rooms to furnish, we plan to return next week and spend the money we saved to buy some more needed pieces. Great job, Story & Lee. You are well...
