The new Kroger store is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, offering a fresh and modern shopping experience. From the moment you walk in, the store’s bright, spacious layout makes navigating the aisles a breeze. The design feels open and inviting, with clear signage to help locate products quickly.
One of the standout features is the expanded fresh produce section. The variety and quality of fruits and vegetables are impressive, and everything looks incredibly fresh. The bakery is another highlight, offering a tempting selection of breads, pastries, and desserts, many baked fresh daily.
The store also boasts a well-stocked deli and prepared foods section, perfect for grabbing a quick, delicious meal. There’s even a sushi bar and a café area for those who want to sit and enjoy their food. The new self-checkout stations and digital kiosks for ordering specialty items make the shopping process efficient and convenient.
Another big plus is the commitment to sustainability. The store has a large selection of organic and eco-friendly products and offers recycling options for customers.
Staff members are friendly and eager to assist, adding to the overall pleasant shopping experience. The only drawback might be that the store can get quite busy during peak hours, but that’s a testament to its popularity.
Overall, the new Kroger is a fantastic addition, combining quality, variety, and convenience in one place. It’s quickly becoming my go-to spot...
Read moreI’m genuinely saddened to write this review because I had high hopes that this Kroger would become my go-to grocery store. The store itself is beautiful, clean, and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me very disappointed.
I went grocery shopping today to prepare a special Father’s Day dinner and stock up for the week. I purchased two red snappers, but when I opened the package at home, a strong, foul odor immediately filled the room—the fish was clearly not fresh. Thankfully, customer service was able to issue a refund, but the time and inconvenience of having to return to the store changed my dinner plans entirely. I ended up grilling hot dogs instead.
However, things got worse. As soon as we were ready to eat, I opened the pack of buns only to find it filled with mold. I had taken extra care when picking them out, because I noticed many of the buns on the shelves were close to expiring. I went through several brands to find the freshest ones available, and yet this still happened.
While the store has potential, the quality and freshness of the food need serious attention. I strongly believe that staff should be checking stock daily and removing items that are within 72 hours of expiration, especially perishable goods. It's not just about convenience—it's about food safety and...
Read moreCame to Kroger to shop with my daughter walked up to the Starbucks inside Kroger and wanted to order I looked at my phone while at the register and it was 7:30 on the dot. Employees still behind the counters but all the lights were off and they were almost done cleaning everything. This location is supposed to be to be open until 8:00 PM. I asked the young lady if they were closed and she hesitated before saying yes I then asked when they closed and she said usually 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM which is ridiculous all by itself because how is there not a set time? But more importantly their set store close time is 8:00PM. They obviously were just trying to leave early and I understand that but this is a business and people exact to be able to order when there is 30 minutes until closing time. This may not be Kroger specifically but this Starbucks being inside of this Kroger is a direct reflection on them. This happened July 12, 2025 at 7:30PM these two young girls had OBVIOUSLY been cleaned up and closed down WELL before I walked up with my daughter. Just...
