We are extremely upset with this company. Our builder, Harry Cutler, passed away in January in the middle of building our house as well as our friends, so his final two houses. This company is continuing to send all the bills to his wife who is extremely overwhelmed and grieving. When asked if we could make payments and receive credits for materials not used they said no. They will not let us assume our own debts as the home owners. When asked if we could get credit for the extra wood, trims, and doors that were not used, they had NO problem picking it up and taking it back, but now they won’t credit us our money. They won’t let anyone settle the debt but our builders wife and they are continuing to charge late fees. This is theft and morally flat out wrong.
