UPDATE: Yesterday I received a response to my comment where the first thing the business owner did was dig up information about my past medical condition and expose it to try and humiliate me — see the screenshot. When my husband contacted them, they completely ignored questions on this matter. No apology was ever issued for their statements, even though they clearly felt those were problematic, since they have edited their response - see the screenshot. Unlike you may think from their response, where they offered to issue a full refund, they said they will do as soon as we delete our review. This explains their stellar reviews, as I imagine quite a lot of people would like to get their ~300 bucks back. I won’t be deleting my review and want to warn everyone to be careful leaving reviews to this business as the owners doesn’t seem to be trying to do better but they better spend time searching some nasty fact about you on social media and expose it.
They also operate under other name Vesna Bloom on Yelp, where I found more reviews on how poorly the owner treats customers.
