This place was silly, every single item was OVERPRICED by two times or more a very simple internet search or eBay sold listings search can show you that, as long as you’re willing to do a little bit of work and look up the item… I know it’s a consignment shop and they don’t list the prices however, how does the store let one of their sellers sell their items for five times more what fair market value is? Place smells of mold and basement as well… lady said a rude comment which I don’t mind, I like constructive criticism, but it was because I kept telling my brother that every item was overpriced, no and sure we are “resellers” and look for deals that we can get just like everybody else wants a little bit of a deal, but that means we have healthy wallets and are willing to spend good money as long as the deal is there but nope we are never going back there if I could do zero stars, I would… It’s fitting that it’s called pennies on the dollar because every dollar you spent. In response to Derick, since I could not respond directly underneath, when an item is purchased and leaves the building, we have no way of knowing if you are switching out a "real" antique for a repro. Therefore, when you came back to return the item, how would I know you didn't switch it out? Furthermore, it clearly states that there are no returns. As a reminder to all customers in my store or anywhere else, know what you are buying before you actually purchase. Had you stepped out to your car, looked up the item, contacted the person who said it was "fake", etc prior to your purchase, you most likely would not be out the amount of money you spent. I brought my nephews in for one of their birthdays and he loved that store, until his younger brother who has autism started having a meltdown. I carried him through and we calmed down to the register; the owner then screams at my nephew “it’s my store you can’t do that in here” just setting my poor 5 yr old nephews brain into panic.
