Refuses to honor the lifetime warranty on Craftsman tools because they had some rust on them.

• Despite the fact that the website says the warranty covers product failures for ANY REASON, with no exception. It says just return the product to any stocking retailer and redeem them for another.. I even showed the dude where it says that on the website and pointed out that they ARE a stocking retailer. He still refused to honor the warranty. Will def be directing my business elsewhere, at least someplace the employee's can read and understand the obligations they have to their customers, that are imposed by their suppliers.

Update: I emailed customer service @ Craftsman and sent them pictures of the tools I had and they sent me brand new replacements, with free shipping!!!

At least someone knows what Lifetime...

Went to get some interior paint for the house. The staff was very informative and helpful. I even brought a gallon back so they could retint it so I could use in a different room. They have a great paint service area with everything you need in one place. You might find a cheaper price somewhere else but you can get all right here at Ace. No long walks into other big chain stores and standing in line forever. Just in and out. It's worth paying just a little more and not skimping on cheap paint. They have good sales too. This is the sister store behind the original ACE that faces Tangent St. I found this store to be warm, welcoming, bright, and clean. Ultimately I didn't purchase anything, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices seemed to be slightly higher from, say, Wal*mart or Bi-Mart. I think Wilco would be the comparable store here. Regardless, I shall return when I progress further on my yard projects.
