Verizon — Local services in Lebanon

This is wrong in Lebanon because the transaction from bluegrass to Verizon has been a difficult journey for Lebanon ky residence and when they left in December they took people payment and then Verizon sent us a bill and my son and most of the managers and employees had doubled bills they paid to but there was a door full of people complaining of this issue but they couldn’t get a hold of the new company Verizon and so people are left getting new accounts in different names and then they act as the phones are stolen when your calling getting no results but the phone are due to neglect of contract but one woman told my husband to just let bill run behind and they would move it to the first like bluegrass did and to ignore the calls but yet she fixed it but phone where shut off two or three months In roll so we went and got phones in my name but it’s not right that people are left in this shape because one or the other owes these ppl money and to be put back in the spot they was before the transfer of company but I feel their should be a civil suit for the Lebanon community but please contact us for any updates because I’m tired of talking for hours and lied to about this issue that neither company has resolved it’s a hot mess but the kids down their are trying so hard to help but yah left them in a mess...

They are only there for a commission check. They have 0 knowledge of what Verizon offers and even tell people the wrong plan price. Any questions I had I was told to contact Verizon customer service. Setting up the plan the girl that we got stuck with just ran through everything so she can complete the transaction with out setting up our add on’s, didn’t even look to see if they can do employee discounts like I requested, or any other request I had. She does not know how a trade in works as she gave me the wrong information, and the quote we were given before getting the phones is not even near what they are making us pay now after leaving and seeing our bill through the app. Almost $100 more...

This store is a feaking joke! It is not a "verizon" store. It is mearly a front. Any deals that verizon is offering are not worth squat at this location, because they are basically like someone who bought the right to use the verizon name and are making money on the side on every transaction. Now i realize im being screwed! Tried to go in there to start a family plan. I was bringing 3 more people.they would not honor any verizon offers, basically stated that they are not really verizon, just a front. And we have to go to a "real" verizon" location in another town to get the current deals. Do yourself a favor and drive to ELIZABETHTOWN to a real verizon store....
