AA Lock & Key, Inc — Local services in Ledyard

So I cannot describe my wonderful service from AA Lock & Key without at least describing what I was there for. I had recently purchased a no name brand of roof rack for my car at a yard sale, and it had no key. Well I had made a few calls to other locksmiths in the area to help me first unlock the roof rack, then remove the tumbler, and lastly make a key for this off-brand system. So after getting the runaround from other competitors AA Lock & Key was more than happy to help. Debbie called me back when their technician Dave was available. Not only was the welcome to their shop warming, but their customer service was amazing. Dave was not only able to accomplish everything I had asked for, he had completed it no time. To make a long story short their service was incredible and I will not recommend any other locksmith, or be having any other company than AA Lock & Key for my future security and lock needs. We recently moved locations and the locksmith from AA Lock and Key was extremely helpful! He showed us different options for locks for our front door and back door. Additionally, he helped replace the hardware for the bathroom door so it could function like it should instead of always being locked like it was. I obviously am not an expert in locks, so the advice your technician gave us was well appreciated. Best part is we called on a Thursday and your company was here the very next Monday. Joanne was fast to answer and very responsive. I needed to be able to lock 5 different filing cabinets and thought I’d have to spend a fortune to get new locks on them all . Joanne was quick to look into the cabinets codes to see if they could just get new keys made , and got answers fast . I got keys made for all 5 and bought spares , had them shipped (they arrived in just two days ) and all of them worked perfectly on every single one. I was very happy with this service and the customer service and would recommend. I love a good honest company with good people...
