Amy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Lee's Summit

I’m pretty amazed that this location has 4 star review, I walk in there were two women at the cash wrap they did greet me. I walked around this entire store no one asked if I needed help are if I’m finding everything okay, the store was not busy. I go over to the cards I’m shopping for two cards, it was an employee with a Chiefs shirt on older lady working scanning cards with a cart. I came by her at least 4 different times not only did she not speak she didn’t ask if I needed help nor tried making the cart so I could look for cards. I finally found what I needed I went to the cash wrap to check out, I asked the other older lady was the lady wearing the Chiefs shirt a manager. She told me she was a key holder and did I need help, I told her no because I knew I was going to write this review. Long story short terrible customer service!! OHMYGOODNESS!!! Our Elf went missing this year we have been looking for him since Thanksgiving!!! The wonderful ladies at Amy's Hallmark in Lee's Summit found him!!! They called me this morning to tell me that Pretzel accidentally got stuck in a box and shipped to the wrong address! The return address even says North Pole. They really thought of everything! Only 2 people working, One clerk took a phone call order and then just walked away. Another person took her place about 10 minutes later. I ordered an ornament and was there to pick up. I said I ordered an ornament and I called 2 days ago to this store and was told it was in and they would have it set aside when I came in. Clerk asked me did you have it sent to this store?
