Bought a phone to replace my sons. It worked fine until it was time to charge it and it won't charge. I went there yesterday and they were closed 2 hours early. Today the owner tells me it's not the same phone but he's not going to put a good battery in it to check today I'll have to come back tomorrow. Unless my 5 year old pulled some crafty $%/÷ and switched the insides of a different phone (for what reason I have no idea) it's the same %$=×@%

Was having a hard time getting my spouse out of truck and into his wheelchair, for he has stage 4 cancer and is terminally ill, so Billy came out to us, got his phone and fixed the problem he had. I am a Cricket customer, have been for some time. My wife talked me into going into the Boost store on 291 hwy. After speaking with Billy for about 20 minutes I am now switching to Boost! Billy is an expert at his job. There was nothing he didn't know about Boost as a company or the phones they offered. I can say that Billy's customer service is 95% why I'm switching!
