Would leave zero stars if I could. I’m not a difficult tenant but some of this stuff going on here was insane. My shower head fell off my first day in the unit, side doors are left locked, my packages have been stolen from the mailroom as well as DoorDash deliveries, the ā€œheatedā€ pool has never worked once in my entire stay, dog poop has been left in the hallways for weeks on end, stove tops kept breaking, and to top it all off they are billing me 1700$ for move out fees! When you move out you better sweep, mop, dust and repaint the walls because you’ll be charged a full months rent of cleaning fees for cleaning that takes less than an hour to do. Here are a couple of the ridiculous ā€œdamagesā€ I’m being charged for. Glad I’m out of these apartments

This is me being nice — but let’s be real: this place is trash. The building’s dirty, the gym and elevators are gross, the garage barely works — yet they want to raise my rent by $700. I’ve had serious ceiling leaks and repeated water damage under my sink. They patchworked it and never checked for what could be behind it. Now that I’m asking for an actual inspection, they want to wave a moisture meter around, toss in an air purifier, and call it a day — completely ignoring the deeper issue and showing zero sympathy. I now have to involve my attorney and possibly local news if this goes unresolved by corporate. I’ve paid rent on time every month. But tenants here don’t get care, they get cover-ups. Believe the reviews. I wish I had.

I had really high hopes for living in this apartment complex. I was incredibly excited to find a place to live that accepted my large dogs. However, I had issues with a maintenance worker (thankfully he didn't last) and with fellow residents regarding my dogs simply because of their size, not their behavior. This isn't management's fault specifically, however, I felt that if they plan to be as dog friendly as they claimed to be getting me in the door, then they need to discuss this with other future residents who do not want to live in a very dog-friendly community. This also included only giving a weeks' period of doing routine maintenance instead of giving everyone a specific time they would be entering their apartments. I do not have the means to remove my dogs from the premises everyday all day for a week or lock them in a room/kennels for 8 hours all day.

My other issue was with the increased fees that occurred during my residence. They added an amenity fee, an electric fee for the amenities, and began charging hourly for the community room, even though the amenity fee should be including that already. I had the unfortunate timing of booking the community room on 6/24 for 7/4 when it was still a deposit, but then changed to a fee before my deposit was refunded, and they did not want to give it back to me. They were supposed to issue a refund to my credit card, but to this day I STILL have not received my $150 deposit refund. The amenities are often broken as well--during my use of the community room, my family had to go all the way down to the south courtyard because both the grill in the community room area and the pool area were broken. The south door scanner has not worked for mobile entry for months and still was not working when I moved out. I was told that the company that made the scanner went out of business, so I guess they just aren't going to do anything about it.

EDIT: I finally received my refund Monday afternoon 9/18... two and a half months after the fact.

They also require you to use valet trash service, which was frustrating for me, one--because I lived directly across from the trash room and two--it constantly made all the hallways reek of trash for hours if not days.

I was also frustrated by my rent increasing my $68 a month from my first lease to my second lease, but then when I looked at available units in my floor plan on the website, they were all priced lower than what my original rent even was. I am also hearing that they have dropped the price of garage parking to $50/month, but making it required because the businesses in the front are complaining about lack of parking for their customers. Adding this with all the other fees, you are looking at an additional $150 on top of your rent. If you have one or two pets, the pet rent would make it $175-$200 on top of rent. That is a very high amount to add on every single month.

I will say, the property management staff seems like an improvement from the previous group (they were all fired). My inspection and moveout process was very easy, and I am getting all of my security/pet deposit back less the water/sewage etc. charges that I owed up until my move out date. I really hope that this new team can straighten out some of the issues of this place, so it is less frustrating to deal with, but the continued added fees are still a...

Living here for two years was miserable, and I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The entire property is consistently dirty. There are only one or two cleaning staff for the whole place, and while they’re polite and clearly doing their best, it’s impossible for them to keep up. Common areas, hallways, stairwells, and especially the garage are filthy on a regular basis.

The dog situation is another nightmare. Many residents are completely inconsiderate: dog waste is left in the grass, on sidewalks, and even inside the buildings. Dogs are constantly off-leash, running up to you even when you make it clear your own dog is not friendly. It’s unsafe and stressful.

The ā€œamenitiesā€ are a joke. The garage is not only filthy but unsafe—the garage doors are broken more often than not and frequently left propped open, making it easy for anyone to come in. There are no cameras, despite multiple break-ins while I lived here. Yet residents are still forced to pay $100 a month for garage parking. When I first moved in, this fee was optional; at lease renewal, management decided it was mandatory, whether you wanted the garage or not. That $100 provides zero security, zero cleanliness, and no peace of mind. The gym is always disgusting, and the pool heater has essentially been broken the entire two years I lived here.

What makes this worse is the hypocrisy. Management ignores major problems like break-ins, filthy facilities, broken garage doors, and failing amenities—but they’ll immediately email you if you leave a non-car item in your parking spot for more than a day. Their priorities are completely backwards. Rent increases happen every renewal cycle, with absolutely no improvements to justify them.

And the final insult was move-out. I spent hours cleaning my unit, patched every nail and anchor hole as instructed, and was told by staff that as long as it was clean and patched, I wouldn’t have to worry. I was also very upfront that only one room (the living room) will need repainting. Despite my honesty, they withheld $600 from my deposit for a full-apartment repaint and "damages". One room needing touch-up does not justify charging for the entire apartment. It feels dishonest and like they’re taking advantage of tenants.

This complex is mismanaged, unsafe, and exploitative. They nickel-and-dime tenants while ignoring the major issues that make living here stressful and unpleasant. If I could give negative...

Do not sign a lease with this management. You will be promised a secure building and a luxury apartment which you will not receive. We have had our ā€œsecureā€ storage unit that we pay $100 per month for broken in to with no resolution due to lack of security coverage. Multiple vehicles have been broken into (windows busted) in the ā€œsecureā€ parking garage as well as in the exterior parking lots. The side door entrance to the building does not lock, anyone can enter the building and the parking garage from the outside. Management is aware of all of this and continues to do nothing or even pretend to care. The trash cans are always overflowing. The bathrooms near the gym frequently have stool in them and no toilet paper. If you lock yourself out of your apartment you will have to have a phone to call the emergency maintenance line and then wait 1+ hours for help to arrive. Certain tenants here are extremely noisy in the pool area all hours through the night screaming, partying, blasting music and allowing their children to scream and play past pool hours time. You can try to call this in and report a disturbance but nothing happens. The windows in our apartment did not seal properly and we found black mold (this was eventually addressed). Someone’s cat was killed because pest control entered the tenants apartment and sprayed without checking for pets first. Nothing was done about this. Please please do not make the mistake of falling for the nice amenities. This...
