I wish they had negative signs next to the stars because this was the worst experience Iāve ever had as a customer in a supermarket. So a week ago my mother ordered catering for Thanksgiving this year because sheās older and Iām just busy with work. But anyways we ordered the $89.99 Smoked Turkey Thanksgiving dinner to feed 4-6 people and just everything was just a shit show. My first trip to pick up the food get there a little after 8 am. Get box with the Dinners inside go to unpack it and ya no apple pie. So I make a second trip back get the pie. Go to open the turkey and itās a regular raw turkey. So I call up there and get told Iāll be called back in 5 minsā¦40 minutes go by I call get on the phone with someone saying that theyāre going to make it right they get me 2 smoked turkeys go back home then realize they didnāt pack in the dressingā¦by this time I just wanna have a nervous breakdown they literally ruined my Thanksgiving 2024. Never stepping back in that freaking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is our neighborhood Price Chopper as we live close by. I always want to say nice things about them as they really are a very good grocery store. But recently, I wanted to have them make a birthday cake for my wife but they could not make it with Beauty and the Beast as they said they would breach copyright with Disney if they did. So I went over to Hy-vee, and not only could they make a cake with Beauty and the Beast on it, they gave me multiple options to choose from. I think someone at Price Chopper is not looking our for their customers by not following the more recent block-buster movies and securing permission to use those themes for birthday cakes and decorations, etc. Hy-vee is further away from where we live but they almost always seem to have more options and better prices. Two things I have found that Hy-vee does NOT have and that this Price Chopper does have are Mint Blistex and Banana Peppers, two things I make use of a a...

We had told him where a friend of ours had purchased the wine and he actually went to that retailer found the only bottle of it they had and brought it back to his store. My wife was there today and asked Jimmy if he had any luck. He presented her with the bottle and another from the same winery that he wanted her to try.
Wow, now that is customer service over the top. We do our grocery shopping at the Woods Chapel store anyway but it is service and care like this that cements a customer to the store. Thanks to Big Jimmy and to the Cosentino's for having staff...
