FitCheck — Local services in Lee's Summit

I brought in 2 pairs of shoes (one pair originally $400 and the other originally $180), 2 vintage T-shirts and a pair of vintage pants to sell. I was told they were going to take everything and would send me money the next day. A whole month passed before I was paid. I had sent texts every other day checking in asking where my money was. Finally I had enough and told them I just wanted my stuff back. I was then informed they ended up selling a pair of my shoes and pants so they sent me $180 and told me they would give me the other items back. When I got my stuff back a T-shirt was missing. I texted them telling them I was missing a T-shirt and that they could keep it if they sent me $40 more. They then told me they would cash app me more then stopped replying. It took me 3 days of continuously texting them to finally get my payment and the employee had to pay me out of her own bank account over the business account. Not to mention I was only paid $30 more not $40. I saw on their Instagram account my T-shirt they “forgot” to give back is hanging on the wall. I do not recommend selling your items to this company as they do not stick to their word and are very unprofessional about buying...

The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I picked up a couple of great vintage shirts, a rare NFL jersey, and a pair of shoes they gave me a great deal on.

What really impressed me is their ability to locate difficult designer items - from clothing and shoes to luxury bags. I asked about a few specific brands, and they found exactly what I was looking for within a couple of days.
