The wait wasn't bad. I went at 3:30 on a Monday. They obviously have a system & have worked most of the kinks out.
The waiting room (pictured) is very nice. It feels very upscale for a dispensary. The woman that checked me in was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the process of obtaining a medical card. There was a man not wearing a mask in the waiting room which made me very uncomfortable but I'm sure he had a reason. Although, what the reason could be that doesn't prevent him from smoking isn't readily apparent to me.
Once you go back to see the products it's a one on my one experience which would have been nice if my guy had seemed like he wasn't annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. The information was there, I just didn't have the opportunity to read any of it. It felt like buying a car a bit. I actually don't know what I ended up buying other than "an indica" & "a pre roll of a sativa to see if I even like sativas." He seemed very disinterested in me & in the subtleties between strains other than if it was grown indoors or outdoors. I asked if it mattered. His response was something like, "if it doesn't matter to you then it doesn't matter." Which isn't an answer.
There was a 10% discount bc it was my first time. I spent less than I had intended so that was nice. The guy that checked me out was very kind & showed me how to open everything I had purchased, which I appreciated so much.
Overall, a pleasant experience until the maskless guy ratcheted up my anxiety & my budtender did nothing to make me feel more at ease. When I left at 5 there was no line, which I will keep in mind for next time.

Read moreUpdate I did revisit the store and this time it was great customer service with even a couple of suggestions on products to try. Deana did mention the 15% discount that was going on today. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service I received today… Dan and Deana both are the kind of Budtenders you want to have!!! I also received a call from the manager regarding my previous experience which speaks volumes! You guys take customer service seriously and I’m here for it!!!
As for my opinion while shopping here the receptionist is always friendly! After that they pretty much treat you like you don’t have other options… it’s crazy I live within one mile of this location and I have to travel 18 miles to Terrapin station just to receive friendly customer service! I’m not asking for any freebies or discount’s I just want better customer service!!!! Also just a TIP if you’re gonna have deals in the store that you’re promoting you should have your staff make sure the customer is aware of the deal while they’re purchasing! Example- if you have an eighth of flower and it’s buy one get 1/2 off your staff should let the customer know that they can get another one for half the price if you have that promotion going at the time instead how it works now if the customer doesn’t see it and mention it then you guys don’t ring it. Meanwhile the customer is standing there waiting to be checked out and they happen to notice a sign that says your promotion but by that time it’s too late. The transaction is done! Now I’m giving this business a one star temporarily so hopefully I can get the attention of the owner And change can be made with the customer service. Read moreI have visited this store 4 times, once when the State issued my medical use card, to realize the State took our money but nothing was available, and the State knew this, the second time was just to see what was available, and the third I purchased some green and it was just OK, didn’t know it was Auto Flower green which I call low quality, but the price says its should be the best in the world. Let chalk all that up to start up gutters, except the State taking money and lying and ultimately cheating the people of Missouri out of millions.si. Now on my last visit I just asked for the best they had, the highest THC content, and I paid the equivalent of $550 dollars for the best they had... So I get home excited to try the best they had.. and what I got was three buds filled with seeds, if you know anything about growing then you will realize this green was poorly grown and certainly no where near the best. So I called the store and told the manager about the issue, and I got a polite sorry, then I started thinking, they are making a fortune at over 500 per ounce, and sorry didn’t do anything for me, so I took my jar of seeds and again talked to the manager and he said thanks and we know this grower has lots of seed problems. So once again the consumer gets shafted because they only think of the consumers when they don’t come back.
