Cannot express how disappointed in them I am right now. My work computer went down Thursday night. I called them Friday and was very clear with them about my needs. The guy that answered told me multiple times that the board I needed was a normal stock item and the repair could be made that day or at worst within 24 hours. I made an appointment for 420 today. Walked in and handed a kid my computer, told him my story, and he told me they font do in store repairs and they just send it to their service center with a 2 to 3 week minimum. I go to the store and they tell me they can't schedule it because I have to pay $125 before they even would schedule the repair that is under warranty. Then I have to get back on the phone again while at the store. To make matters worse of having no fridge, they tell me it will be a week before they can even come out and then would have to order parts which may take another week or two.
