Updating my rating as of 1/4/2025
This evening was just wow. I had made an online order and pulled into the parking lot, parked and was actively getting out of my vehicle when an employee suddenly shut the open sign off and locked the door, after letting a couple inside to get their order, saying they had to close at 5, due to the weather. GREAT! I get it I just made the drive over from work, after placing my ONLINE ORDER. It was scary. It was 4:49pm. I went to the window showed my screen of my phone trying to show her hey, I placed an order and came here to pick it up. It’s not like I was coming to shop, browse or didn’t know what I wanted, I was on a mission, already ordered.
I walked/slid back to my car, found their number and called and a woman answered. She told me they were closing at 5….but I was there by 4:45pm, this person saw me pull in and get out when they closed early. She said hold on and let me see what I can do, well umm she hung up on me.
The fact they closed early, not just 1 but 2 other customers were there with me, trying to get their orders they ordered, without any notice that they were closing like I, drove from work a fortunately a few minutes away but still to visibly see customers, close and lock the doors before 5:00 (as they were closing at 5:00pm due to weather) and in the time between my arrival and 5:00, wasting that time could’ve just taken my money and handed me thy online order.
Definitely lost my business here and others as they said leaving. Floral Farms received it would highly recommend them as there has never been an issue with their customer service in my experience and they definitely don’t close earlier than the time they do close (example locking doors over 10 mins before 5 after visibly seeing 3 customers arrive for their preordered product)
If anything, a call, text should’ve been sent out to such preorders since they were going to close instead of risking customers and...

Sold me the wrong product after having the wrong photo online and refused to give me a refund because I “opened the bag” (I had no idea it wasn’t the correct product and tried to return it LESS THAN 20 min after purchasing. the product was unopened and unused). Not to mention a few weeks ago I placed an online order on a Sunday and arrived before close (on Sundays closing time is earlier and i was sure to make it there in time) However when i got there the door was locked, even though it was still only 6:45 and I saw multiple people at the front desk. I decided to call quickly to see if I could possibly get in and grab my order (since other customers were still inside). I watched the woman at the desk decline my call until she saw i was outside. She then answered the phone, I politely explained my situation, and she hung up on me. I went there the next day to get my order and they claimed they didn’t have it. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told there was no one there i could talk to until Wednesday. That was definitely my last time visiting this store! Worst dispensary in Lees Summit by FAR. Now when i come to visit from KC I stop by fresh.green down the road! SO...
Read morePlaced an online order for the first time at this dispensary. Got a text saying my order was ready and headed in. The front window lady didn’t greet me after about 60 secs of standing there she just asked for my id. Got in expecting an in and out visit to stand around while an older lady went through every page of the tablet to figure out what she wanted.. after ten mins of the line not moving…I heard other employees in the back so I asked was there a different line for online orders bc again I wasn’t greeted upon entering the main room..the 1 budtender stated no bc they are short staffed. There was 6 of us waiting in line. After another 5 mins I went back to the lobby to ask if there was someone to help the one worker helping all of us. The front lobby lady also stated to just wait. I placed an online order bc I had places to be. Finally the staff from the back came out and helped with the wait for products… but for my first visit if it wasn’t for the specials they were running I would probably never come back or recommend this dispensary to anyone else bc of customer service and...
