For well over a year, my experience with Illume Spa was exceptional with the hormone replacement specialist. However, at my last appointment I was not notified that my provider had changed to someone different. Even after walking in and announcing that I was there to see a specific person, I was never told that I would be speaking with someone else. The way this was handled felt very dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional. After a quick 15 minute conversation and a $170 bill, I felt that I had been taken advantage of. I have asked the spa owner to return my phone call 3 times and have yet to hear a word. It was quite upsetting to drive 30 minutes to discover I would be meeting with someone entirely different that did not seem to know what she was talking about. I would not recommend this...

It has been years since I was actually a patient and I really liked the way Glen made my cheekbones look but I moved further away and their location changed. You may ask why I would post now? Because although I would not discuss my Political view points while someone is trying to improve my appearance,[HELL NO] there are people on here who are using this forum to attack her Political views when it is suppose to be about service.
