I was so upset I had to leave the store before I said something I'd be sorry for I went in to get a battery for my watch which I purchased from the Belton cold store I had to hunt around for a clerk I saw two girls hiding back there in a purse is giggling and laughing but I didn't know if they were the clerks I finally had to go to the cash register and have them page somebody to come to the jewelry counter and I stood there and stood there and she finally came and you could tell she was upset she was being bothered and I told her what I needed and so she had to give me the third degree where did you buy it I'm not sure we set this Saturday I'll check well of course she did and of course you replaced it to replace the battery in and just handed it back to me I don't have fingernails and I couldn't get it open I said will you please open this for me so I can set the time first time I've had to do that usually the clerk does it for me and you pushed it in and I said well I didn't mean to I said will you open it again and she did and she start hand it back to me I would you said it please and I could tell that really ticked her off and then I thought well while I'm here I want a spring hold something lightweight to wear I'll see what I can find well I found one on the clearance rack what I wanted and it had a price on it at $64 with a yellow stripe across the sea witch didn't tell me anything such a good do the register because you can't get any clerks and she told me know it was 64 cuz it had been marked down I said okay I don't want it and I I'm just upset with Kohl's I had the same problem in Belton no clerks to help you and when you do get there how they act like you're putting them out I just made cut up my credit card I'm...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I went to customer service on 12/13 because my Kohls cash expired on 12/11. I had tried to use it online and ran into problems. I knew that in the past there was a grace period but wasn't sure how long that was. I waited in line to ask if there was a grace period. The lady took my coupon, scanned it and said "it's expired " yes I told her I knew that. She then very curtly replied well it's no good and proceeded to tear it up and threw it in her waste can. I went home and looked up Kohls policy which said that it was good in store for 10 days after expiration. I then called the 800 Kohls customer service. After an extremely long wait time I spoke with a person who said I was correct. That I had 10 days. He wanted my Kohls cash code. I explained that she tore it up. He proceeded to let me know if I could find the receipt then he could help me. I found the receipt and read off the numbers. He told me that he could see my purchase and I had $30 in Kohls cash. He then told me I needed the Pin number. There was no PIN number on the receipt. He told me that if I went online that I could purchase items and then call back and they "should"be able to refund me $30. I didn't do that because I didn't want to waste my time looking for things to purchase, wait on hold again, and then be told that it wasn't a possibility since I didn't have a PIN. I will never shop at Kohls again. This is the poorest customer service that a retailer can have. I'm tearing up my credit card and will no longer shop there. I tried to order it online but the shipping price and the tax took it up to $65 so I signed up for the text messages to get 15% off just for them to not send me a coupon on the link so I go in the store. The computer shows they had the size 11, but they couldn’t find the size 11 and it was not with the other Reebok so I spent countless time at the register. With the associate trying to help me download the app and turn on my location so I can get free shipping while being in the store and that didn’t work either so I had got a replacement shoe and then just took it off of the order and came home and did the shipping I was very dissatisfied with the service I was given and now that the shoe was on the way, where is it on the way from if they could not find the shoe while I was in the store and that was the only one at all of the Kohl stores as a size 11 I’m so confused Also on Mother’s Day I saw the Cuisinart 14 cup food processor 479 Monday when I get the shoes, it was up to 299.
