I will never board my dog here again. He was there for 3 days. We did a trial for dog daycare 2 days before I boarded him. I enjoyed being able to watch him on the camera in the play group and it looked like he made a buddy which made me happy. I paid extra for a townhouse so I could watch him sleep and see how he was doing. Today though was awful. I also paid extra for him to be in group play throughout his stay and from 8am-12pm he was locked up in his area and kept out of group play. There wasnât a way to get ahold of anyone to raise my concern because on Sundayâs they donât open until 12pm. Watching my dog bark incessantly (my dog never barks) and start to dig on the concrete to try to escape made me realize he was super stressed and anxious being in that environment because he felt trapped. I normally board my dog in OP, but thought I would give something closer a shot. Not a good experience for him or for me. Now he wonât stop shedding and thatâs a trigger for how stressed he was. My dog doesnât carry stress as a typical behavior so itâs breaking my heart to know he was that uncomfortable there. I would be cautious using this facility as a boarding place because it seems like they would rather keep dogs locked up than in the open spaces. So disappointed this was our experience because I was really hoping to come home to...
Read moreUpdated review 6/28/24: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE PetSuites! I not only use them for daycare but had to board all 3 of my dogs for the first time and it was great! I not only got updates when I text them to check in but you get a nice progress report along with pictures at the end of the stay. It gave me peace of mind to know my dogs were well taken care of and loved just like they would have been at home. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful and you can really tell how much they love all the animals! I am a very picky dog mom and I hands down I would highly recommend if you are looking for options for your pets. They have everything you need!!
First time using a doggie daycare and enrolled my new puppy in the puppy preschool. I got a full tour of the facility which is clean and has really nice areas for the dogs to play inside and outside. The boarding areas are big and great options if you have multiple pets so they can stay together. The staff are super friendly and helpful and you get an update report every day with pictures and feedback on how your pet did. My puppy comes home happy and tired! A+ and would...
Read moreThe workers are friendly and the manager is nice but my experience is they just don't pay much attention to the health/hygiene of your pet which could become serious over longer stays. My poodle mix was in their care for 3 weeks. When I picked him up, he had matted hair on his chest and belly and dried food on his lower lip and jaw that had caused his skin to become inflamed and showed signs of infection. He would not eat when I got him home because of his lip. He had "sticktights" or "cuckleburs" all over him including in his paws. The manager said they must have blown into the outdoor play area because the grass is all artificial. Regardless, they could keep the area cleaner and maybe pull them out of his fur. His eyes were almost matted shut with huge chunks of dried up "drainage" as he is a poodle mix. They said they did not notice any of this while they had him. How can that be? They should at least notify me of these things and offer to groom or bath him even if it is an extra charge, but they did nothing. That is just poor care and/or neglect...
