Ordered 3 boxes of tile from ProSource that was to be delivered on Tuesday, 3/28. Had tile guy set up for 3/29. Drove to Lenexa to get it at MSI warehouse. MSi only showed 2 boxes were ordered from ProSource I don’t know who made that mistake but I was a ProSource customer not an MSI customer. Options presented to me were to order again and wait until following Tuesday or order out of Dallas and hope it would come in on Friday. They (MSi) indicated they would direct ship to Less Summit. Extremely frustrated I had to put off tile guy but they offered no apologies or other options. Called ProSource on Friday and they tracked the delivery to the Merriam office and indicated if I needed it before Monday, I would have to go get it. I again had the tile guy scheduled for 4-3 so I had to go get it. Received all three boxes, got it home and every box had between 6-9 broken tiles out of a box of 10, One box was nothing but broken pieces. Sent text and no response. My husband returned all boxes and other than the salespersons apology, they appeared to be disinterested about the whole ordeal and offered nothing to try and remedy the situation.. Read moreCustomer service during the whole initial shopping and designing was great. Then the products arrive and to say the least not what I expected. Doors all crooked and spread too far apart when closing. Yes we adjusted but can’t fix the size of cracks between the door. Some cabinets were painted underneath and some where not. Explanation because glass cabinets painted on inside and others not. Okay why wasn’t we told that would be how the come and ask us if we would like the others painted on bottom to match. Then island sides didn’t fit and we cut those down to work. Floating cabinets not centered over sink no way to fix so now we have to pay for new different size floating cabinets and a spacer. And now trying to get paint to match everything we have to paint over. They can’t even get us that information and Sherwin Williams is not accepting samples to come in to match.
