The two stars are for a nice selection of merchandise. I have been a customer for sometime but what experienced my last few visits I will no longer shop here

Bought and paid for a jersey online. Was notified it was ready. When I arrived they could not locate it. When they found it it took three employees to process the order. The excuse was they were new and there was some sort of inventory issue. 45 minutes later I finally had my order and could leave.

Another visit to the store I had two MU T-shirts both were clearly marked with a price tag of $17.99 and I had a 20% off coupon. Clerk rang them up and my total was over $55.09 I said this can't be correct the shirts would be $35.98 before tax and before the coupon. Clerk: well I took the coupon off. The price tag is wrong they are $24.99. After 10 minutes of arguing with the clerk a mgr came over and gave me the $17.99 price.

The final straw I had picked out two Royals t-shirts that I liked. Nothing fancy, just the Royals on front and nothing on the back. The price tag said Suggested Retail Price $18.00. When the clerk rang them up and scans them they come up $38.00 each. I said that isn't right. The tag says $18.00. I showed her the tag. Again price is wrong, the computer is the right price. Then she takes the second shirt the tag again said SRP $18.00 but on the backside of the tag was a small price tag $38.00. There was not a $38.00 tag on the first shirt.

Never again. Deceiving and screwing over customer not cool.

Watch those price issues if you shop here and as a PSA: You can get a lot of what they have at other stores at a lower price and have the peace of mind you are not being...

Shopping there is great! Lots of options. Return policy is ridiculous! I bought a $150 jersey. Didn't realize it had a bunch of little snags on the back tail of the jersey. Went to return/exchange it & I was denied. Cause I've worn it once. Guess I was supposed to lie. I also have bought 2 jersey shirts from there 85 bucks a pop. Both shirts the iron on #s are bubbling & peeling. I've worn these both a few times. So didn't even attempt to return. But if this is all the better quality we get for 100-150 bucks! I believe I'm done with their line of clothing. Sorry love the store. Disappointed with quality and return policy

Update 10-20-24 Although I feel the store itself could have rectified this in person & feel they need to use a bit more discernment on who is trying to pull one over on em vs someone who truly got bad quality control apparel. Atleast customer service handled it & I appreciate it. Which is the only reason I'm updating this review, is to acknowledge their efforts. Worst associate ever, I will not list her name due to privacy, I purchased a Chiefs headband for my great niece, still in the bag I purchased it, original tags still on it, with receipt in bag, purchased 08/13, got it out of bag to wrap it was a birthday gift to go with an outfit and the bow had come off of the headband, you could tell it was cheaply made and glued on. I went to return and the rude associate accused me of returning damaged items and said she could not take it back!! First of all if you sell defective merchandise is this the consumers fault?? All I did was take it home it never left the bag your store associate placed it in and it is my fault that the cheaply glued on bow did not hold?? Is the consumer liable for the defect?? Tall Blonde very rude and condescending, definitely needs some customer service training! Will never shop at Rally House again better...
