I called recently and asked if I could exchange a purse and wallet that I was given as a gift, and was clear I had no receipt, but tags were still attached. I was told yes, as long as tags are attached, they could do an exchange. I went in tonight to do that, and was told no. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just to exchange for something different of the same value. The lady (I believe the owner) stated that without receipt, she could only buy back the items. She offered me $40 total for items recently bought for $130 total. I told her what the employee on the phone said, and her response that they have new employees who may not know better. That seems like their issue - why are the employees not being trained properly? She told me, “You could try selling on Poshmark or Facebook.” I know where I CAN sell it. I went in to see if they were willing to buy clothes for spring the last watched me come in and didn’t greet me she continued to have a conversation with her friend it wasn’t until her friend noticed I was in line she cut the conversation short….when the lady examined my clothes I was disappointed with the amount of unprofessional behavior she displayed she made faces at all the clothes that she pulled out my bag I can understand if you’re not wanting to buy but at least be professional she frowned at the clothes and purses I brought and then tried to smile and say “we’re in a really slow buying process” after telling me she’s buying for spring so which one is it??? I won’t be coming here to sell or to buy, people need to remember professionalism goes a long way besides...

This was my first time in the store. I had my 4 month old daughter with me. I left her stroller in the car. I found some jeans and I wanted to try them on. The owner (Im assuming) offered to hold her while I try my jeans on. I was taken back by her offering to do that. I really appreciated that and I will definitely go back to do business. They have VERY NICE clothes shoes and accessories. I appreciate a store that treats customers they way I was treated. Keep doing...
