Dude working there just had a mental breakdown. Bought a vape that has zero flavor in it, asked if I could return it, he instantly refused because it "i hit it and it turned on"(he said this like 6 times).
Then i asked if could swap it out with something the same price and he refused again saying "it would lose the price value" this is when he got agrivated saying hes not gonna argue with me(this was far from an argument). Told me I was being extra and walked away.
I was calm and chill the whole time, he's obviously not a people's person and has no clue how to communicate genuinely with a customer. I didn't realize it was possible to be an asshole at a vape shop....

However last night, I went in for the vape special buy 3 get one free, typically it’s about $60 something dollars, the vapes I get rang up for $19.99 but the guy changed the price to $24.99. When is aw him do this I questioned him and he said no it’s $24.99 after I told him that didn’t seem right. He also wouldn’t offer me my receipt which I felt weird about. He let me try the vape only but wouldn’t tell me if they didn’t work if I could trade them in or get my money back. It’s a smoke shop which should be cheaper than the gas station. Read moreProduct I bought was marked up $20 at this location. Felt a bit scammed. The employee was rude about it and manually adjusted the price to be $20 over “whole sale” pricing as they advertise. He claimed the product was just “expensive.” When I checked competitors pricing, it was the regular price that I always paid for it in the past. Seemed to be a one off experience, I’ve been in here before and had a better experience with someone else. Employee could have made that interaction much smoother simply with a better attitude.
