Summit Lanes — Local services in Lee's Summit

This was the worst bowling and customer service experience. If your lane malfunctions, they won’t reimburse or add extra time to your game. Instead, they will blame you, the customer, for their faulty machines stating that too many balls were thrown. We had 7 balls between each lane (2 lanes), so 3 on one, 4 on the other. The balls got stuck. It took them 25 minutes to fix it and we paid for an hour of play time. My sister-in-law, who is the kindest, most non confrontational person on the planet asked the older gentleman at the front to add time to our game. He proceeded to blame us saying that we threw 11 balls down which was absolutely false. He refused to add extra time, so we decide to play the last 10 minutes of our game being very careful to wait for our ball to come back each time. After 5 minutes, the machine glitched again. I told the same gentleman, and he continued to blame us and threatened to call the police after I told him that I would leave a negative review on every SM platform. THATS the kind of service you get at this place. I will pay 3x the price and go to Main Event to bowl. We will never be patrons of this place again....

Great bowling and game.I used to play here.I lived very close of summit golf and this bowling.I came walking to golf and riding with friends to bowling.Was cheap by the time but we were only high school students and had few,exactly for the balls and shoes and some french fries and coke.I remember a few of this great mall and bowling and the golf course I remember well for being the first and few I have seen in my life.We passed driving by the golf course all the time,I remeber well the last hole and field. The bowling was great,with bowling professionals and used.looks like they know bowling for long time.Fist time I have seen a bowling torunment or so,was dinamic,with many prizes each pin.And was electronic by then already,some technology we lasted to import and have customers,like always here,in Brazil. A simple groom cleaned and wasted all the pins and changed for your spear,I have noticed that. USA is great to have this fans and freedom to learn and play a lot whatever you need...

My teenage son and his friend went bowling here on a Sunday afternoon, and they had an absolute blast! There was a short wait for walk-ins, which actually worked out perfectly because they grabbed lunch from the snack bar while waiting.

The food was great, the nachos were just what you’d expect, the mozzarella sticks had that perfect cheese pull (always a win 🙌), and the Philly steak sandwich with fries was excellent.

I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly cares about the place and the people in it. The kids bowled for about two hours at a very reasonable price and are already talking about going back!

When I came to pick them up (right in the middle of a Chiefs game) I loved seeing the game playing on almost every TV. The whole atmosphere was fun, friendly, and family-oriented.

All in all, this bowling alley is awesome! Highly recommend it for a fun afternoon of bowling, good food, and...
