Rude. Read about the place online and drove a long way to shop with my special needs daughter who was looking forward to it. It states online that no appt is necessary. However when I arrived at 1 pm on a Saturday when their hours state they should be open, the door was locked. I tried opening a couple times, and could see many people inside, but they just looked out and snickered at us and no one opened the door. Maybe it was a private party, but then- do not have parties during your regular business hours when others may expect to shop; or have a big sign on the door stating closed for a party. I have no idea why the door was locked and we could not shop. Not planning to return. So if you ever do decide to go, just hope you aren't locked out when you expect...
Read moreI just had a horrible experience at your Lees Summit store. I just walked up to door. It was locked, people were in the store. The African American lady was so incredibly rude she met me at the door and asked me to come back in an hour and a half to do my return. Keep in mind I tried Sunday and the store wasn’t open because they had a sick employee. I am beyond frustrated now she begrudgingly did my return.
