The phone repair inside the Lee’s Summit Walmart completely destroyed my iPhone 14. I came in for a simple front glass replacement and left with a ruined phone.

They took $135, then called me an hour later claiming my camera, speaker, and Face ID were already broken (which was false). After multiple trips back, long waits, and a tech smoking a dab pen out front, they returned my phone with a screen that was uneven, gapped, and malfunctioning. It quickly went into a reboot loop and became unusable.

Even Verizon couldn’t fix the damage — I had to buy a new phone. They didn’t even give me a receipt.

This was a great location. I called and asked for a quote on a screen and battery replacement and was given a very fair price. I arrived here and was paid and was given a wait time of 3 hours as my phone was 3rd in line. Only 5 minutes after leaving the store, I was called and offered a proposition that involved me getting my phone and bringing it to a different location since I wanted to have my repair done as fast as possible.
