The customer service was among the best I have encountered at local yarn stores with an incredibly helpful and inclusive atmosphere. This is by far the best yarn shop I’ve ever been to in the US. Granted I have not been to every yarn shop, but trust me, I’ve been to quite a few. This place if huge. There are several rooms of beautiful yarn. I can’t get enough of this place.
