Giving 2 stars because the initial visit was fantastic. All the ladies were very helpful. Bought a suit jacket that fit fine on its own but with a long sleeve shirt and a proper bra, it was very snug so I decided to take it back, mind you I NEVER wore it, only tried it on with different shirts I had at home (which by the way is a perfectly normal thing people all over the world do)! The lady was very rude telling me it looked worn and she wouldn't return it. I don't understand how you can't take clothes back that still have tags on them and have absolutely not been worn! She argued with me for 10 minutes trying to show me how she thought it looked worn. I said screw this and took it to another store and returned it no issues, no attitude. Terrible customer service! I bought 3 dresses online, tried them on, and brought them back to the store to exchange for different sizes. Not for a refund, not money back, just different sizes. The manager was completely unhelpful and condescending. She told me if the items had been worn they could not be returned or exchanged, even for different sizes. So how am I supposed to order online and know if they fit if I'm not allowed to try them on?? Ridiculous. I like their clothes but their customer service is bad enough that I will never shop here again. I recommend not wasting...

7/18/24 Location location what a difference it makes in atmosphere, classiness & overall customer service! Was questioned about the validity of their online 20% off purchase for signing up for text alerts and was told I had to show proof of that promo, not only misinformed but rude!
