What can I Fords went above and beyond over what I was anticipating. Mrs and I were at a campsite for the summer. Our tow vehicle developed a bad alternator. That’s our only means of transportation. Unless we took out the Rv Not knowing the area I started a search for car repair. Expecting a gee we can see it till next week answer. Looking at what options I have. Fords stood out in their reviews. I called explaining my situation. After a few questions as to what my issue was. That I suspected my alternator was on the way out . Luckily they had a 2:30 pm opening the next day . Upon arrival my car went directly into the shop. Based on the information I supplied They took a chance and ordered a replacement alternator the prior evening. I was back on the rd with in an hour. I love Ford's. The owner and workers are always friendly, professional, and thoroughly explain what the problem is and how they will fix it. Today they helped me in a pinch after I had taken my car to a different place in Lenox to get it inspected (Ford's doesn't do inspections- I wish they did!) and the mechanic there said they couldn't locate the buckle to my back middle seat. Rather than taking the small amount of extra time to locate the buckle wedged underneath the seat, they told me I had to go to someone else to have the back seat removed. Ford's fixed the problem in under ten minutes, and I was able to go back to the other place to get my inspection sticker- I won't be returning to them for any reason. We were in Lee for the week. We were on vacation and had traveled from a few hours away and we had a problem with our tire. Being unfamiliar with the area. I did some online searching and found Fords was rated well on Google and was very close to where we were. They got us in right away, explained what happened to the tire, and even though they don't keep tires in stock they were able to get the appropriate tire in by the next day and had us in and out in no time. They also noticed that my spare had a problem on its rim and they fixed that for free. We received a text 2 days later too. Thanking us for stopping in and deciding to use them for our repair.
