6 months ago i bought almost $1000.00 of framers gate market beef. i asked for my steaks be cut 1 1/2" Thick. got a few steaks that way, b ut most were only 1" Thick, the same as what they sell in their showcase. also, i had 3 different dates showing up on different packages. also, was not impressed with the flavor no matter what steak flavoring or combination of herbs i use, the flavor is poor. take your chances, but i was bitterly disappointed for the money i spent. not like it was...
