I am having an absolutely terrible time getting resolution to this store charging me twice for a quite substantial purchase. I caught it as I was walking out of the store though a push notification from my bank. Went back in and explained to a cashier who told me this had happened several times over the course of the day. The Manager took my number and said it would be handled in a couple of days. Fine I thought and went on fully trusting this would be the case. It’s now a week later and no call and apparently nobody is at the store to answer phones post 4th of July. The TNT customer service contact is telling me 8-10 weeks to get my money back. Wow!! Funny, I can go to just about any store and get refunds back on my card immediately but not here?!
