I love this place except for the employees I do not ever feel welcome to there I feel rushed I feel unwanted and I just feel totally uncomfortable nobody's ever nice. The 2 at the register the girl and the boy are like space cadets. And I spend over a $100 every time I go in there and I had to go back home just to grab extra money and I was back there exactly at 6 o'clock when they closed knowing I lived right across the street and would not let me in the door and make me wait till the next morning and they were standing right there. When I called and asked if they were gonna let me in the boy cashier Was giddy about getting to tell me I didn't make it back and enough exact time couldn't go that extra mile for one person knowing how much that meant to me for my grandson It was still standing there it was exactly 6 o'clock lights were all still on Would it take in a whole 2 minutes I'll be back there this morning to get it and I'll get my attitude like I do every time I go in there like I'm an alien or something. Tried to donate a living room set (couch, loveseat, chair, and ottoman). It is a cream color, so definitely shows wear more easily, but it is in good condition. They basically get out their microscopes to look for any reason not to take the furniture, "there is a speck of dirt here, we cannot take it".There is no dog hair, no stains, no rips, it isn't a floral pattern, etc. They told me to call and have the garbage facility for the area come pick it up. It isn't brand new looking, but it is in good condition, so that was pretty offensive. Their website should say we only take new furniture because I feel like that is what they are looking for. Scheduled a donation. Pick up crew was over half an hour late to their 2 hour window. Knocked once; did not ring doorbell, if it was for our motion alarm we may not have known they showed up at all. When we got to the door they were already heading back in the truck. They did not care or apologize for being late. They came in and did not take everything looked at one item for about 5 seconds in the bedroom set said they wouldn’t take it, took a picture. When asked why they said they couldn’t resell it.
