I do not recommend this furniture store, although I have in the past. I have also recommended them highly to military tenants I come into contact with daily. I loved this place so much that I left a 5 star stellar review in 2015 naming Hannah as a top notch individual. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and sadly this business has changed for the worse.

They have always taken care of any issues in a satisfactory way in the past when I dealt with the owner. In 2020, I bought a defective sofa. They did not stand behind it because it was a “random” purchase they made from a truck that was refused somewhere else during the beginning of covid. I didn’t know that meant they would not stand behind the product. The owner’s son did not offer to do anything to help the situation. He said his hands were tied and he couldn’t do anything. I asked him to check with his dad because I had literally never had an issue in the past that his dad hadn’t resolved in some way or another. That’s why I have always recommended them to my tenants. I had faith in their customer care. After pressing the son about asking his dad for some type of help, I was told he had checked with him and they couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe the pandemic had something to do with it and so much was going on that I moved forward and hoped that was an isolated situation.

Fast forward to 2022 and I bought a small Crown Mark platform bed. The side support is made of plastic and broke 6 weeks after paying for it. I asked about a warranty or an option for me to even buy the part but got absolutely no help whatsoever. The reason I saw the support was broken was because we were going to move the bed yesterday to my 80 year old dad’s house next door for him to use when he comes home from the hospital tomorrow. I saw the broken support when I pulled the comforter off.

I called and explained the situation to a staff member who was going to check and see if the broken part was available. At this point I would even pay for it. I tried calling the furniture company Crown Mark to buy the part and was told they could only deal with the dealer. After that phone call, we went ahead and moved the bed to my dad’s house hoping K & R could get a part in time to have his bed ready when he comes home.

Today, when I follow up, I am told there is nothing that can be done. There is no assistance because that was a promotional item and I moved the bed, which is an issue. I moved the bed after it broke, and after I reported it, but let’s focus on that instead of the fact that a 6 week old bed frame is useless because it’s defective?? Anything to lay the blame on me and not take responsibility. Very disappointing.

Having gone through this situation after the sofa debacle in 2020, I will never buy from them again. I will never advise anyone I meet to consider them an option, and I apologize to anyone I ever recommended them to. There’s right and there’s wrong…this was definitely wrong. Update: I am all about giving second chances, but I regret even trying. My furniture was supposed to be replaced with BRAND NEW furniture, because that's what I paid for, and I was promised that would be the case- but it wasnt... even though the salesman tried to convince me it was. It seems the only truthful/honest people working for this company are the delivery men. Each time they've come I've had a great experience with them. The two who delivered my "new couches" the other day let me know these were the floor models because they had to go pick them up at the other location, and he told me they hadn't ordered my furniture yet. I constantly was told that I would be called back, but it was always me who had to call back and check on my status. I'm not sure who the owner is, but I'm not sure its him, I believe its just the salesmen working for him. I was told the price of all the furniture I was getting was around 2800 (i cant remember the exact dollar price, but shouldnt of believed I'd get a receipt upon delivery), and when I went to pick up my receipt yesterday it showed 3100. I used their "90 days same as cash" and unfortunately ended up spending 600 more because you have to pay a bucket load just to pay the furniture off. I was given only a 250 dollar store credit, and I can't even trust I will honestly be given the correct price of any item I inquire about. The sofa and love sear set I was just delivered had a sales tag on it with $1499 as the price..... well I paid a couple hundred bucks more. Please be careful with this place, and dont make the same mistake I did. I am giving them 2 stars because the brand of furniture I got is actually sturdy and nice. Sadly I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I never will.

While I got decent furniture, I cannot give this place anything more than a one star rating considering I was totally taken advantage of, and lied to by one of the employees. Typical salesman I suppose. I bought a couch, loveseat, recliner, dinette, and 2 dressers.. I was told everything would be brand new from the "back" except the dinette.. okay, cool. The furniture was delivered the next day, with the SAME "sale" tag connected, crumbs in my recliner, and scratches in the leather of the couch. I was very upset, and the delivery men both took pictures, and sent them to the manager I'm assuming.. I was supposed to hear back from them by Wednesday. Of course this didnt happen. Plus, I did the 90 days same as cash, and I'm trying to figure out how it ended up being 600 dollars more than the cash price.....? I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would of after the first time I left the store because I truly thought it was a great shopping experience until delivery..

Update: Mr. Deven personally came to my house today to apologize, which I appreciated. He is switching out my furniture for the new ones I was originally...

I buy couple items from this furniture store. But in the last year the quality as been drop and the customer service is terrible. I as been waiting for a change a king size mattress because the quality is terrible. In a year is already dropping in the middle. They told us to flip it over and they will come and look at it. Is almost 6 months and I ended up going to buy another mattress from another furniture store. They never call or came to see the mattress. Is not worth it pay warranty because they don’t do NOTHING. The employee was unprofessional with his dirty boots on the desk. Is a big change in this...
