For the only Travel type plaza/truck stop/gas station around the Tobyhanna Walmart DC located off of I380 it has a convenience store, truckers store, showers, Burgerking, diesel fuel, DEF, with truck and trailer/bobtail parking. It's definitely an armpit spot but has what you need. They could sell some movies though? But anyways I come here any day of the week and time. My only complaint is the bathrooms? There is only 1 that services the convenience store/Burgerking/Truckstop along with the Greyhound buses that pull in! No matter what time or day I stop here they are disgusting! And everytime the employees are just standing around! The problem is management not scheduling regular times to have them cleaned and not enough bathooms. I am going to write to Mobile on the run/ ExxonMobil and tell them that this a health code violation and needs to be corrected...
Read moreThis was my first visit to this location (thanks to Mudflap). If possible, I would give ten stars simply for the excellent customer service displayed by Jaclyn and Melinda, these ladies should be in upper management or training positions. They stopped what they were doing when I walked in and addressed my fueling needs immediately. They need to teach the people in Burger King about customer service because every single one of them acted like I walked in with purple skin. I will admit my food was the best I've had from BK in a very long time (after having to request hot fries). They have about 15 parking spaces and I forgot to verify the showers. I'll visit this location again just to converse with Jaclyn and Melinda because they actually know how to treat people and still do their jobs. Kudos Ladies and I hope each of you receives a...
Read moreFirst I will start by saying that the convince store part and employees were very friendly and professional. Burgerking on the other hand was something to be ashamed of. My first thought walking in there was this place is disgusting not one clean table and there was stuff all over the floors. The service ordering food was okay, but that's not the worst part. While eating the manager was conducting an interview at one of the tables in the open. The person he was interviewing you could tell was nervous to begin with. The way he was talking was so unprofessional, with his voice raised he was practically yelling everyone in there could hear what he was saying. His questions were very degrading. Just plain rude. I feel sorry for anyone that has to...
