Without getting into too much of the soap opera this place was complete with gangsters and dames, I will just say this business is full of very nice, but slightly damaged or imperfect furniture. All Salvage they buy by the truckload. Some used and returned, some repaired, some blemished, and some mixed matched closeout pieces. Just be careful in here, like in old Las Vegas at night.
If you do purchase, make sure you inspect everything top and bottom, connect the pieces, sit on them, look across the backs to make sure they align. Look underneath all pieces and inspect for repairs. Use the buttons and make sure they work and do not accept any boxed items. Some of the boxed items can be damaged, seconds or returned items even if in the boxes. Some could also be new and that's nice if you placed the right bet.
I also encourage you to pick up your own furniture and do not allow it to be delivered. The delivery method seems to be used as an advantage to the house. The owner tried to unload a different half wrapped damaged piece at my home very quickly and got upset when I inspected it and told him I would not accept that piece. It was not the one I inspected in store and it had big deep scratches all over the leather. Be sure you are getting what you inspected and purchased off the floor only.
Ultimately, my experience was poor. More for the way I was treated than anything else, and it could have been different. (Insert overdramatic passive-aggressive good-cop, bad-cop reenactment here) yada yada yada. This was a first and last experience for me LOL, because well drama. I was tempted to double-down at Furniture Now for our family room, but felt the cards were stacked against me here, so I cut losses. This vendor does not deal straight. I will say I did receive my "furniture now" though. I'll give them that. That all said if your experience matters at all take mine into consideration and do not trust the process.
Overall your experience here will be a crapshoot. Will ya end up sleeping with the fishes or hit? Roll the dice and see, or don't. It's up to you. Personally I would never buy here again because they are not honest and not friendly people once...
Read moreWonderful experience! We’ve been looking for a couch for months and were tired of wading through all the showrooms. Furniture Now had a wonderful selection packed in a rather unassuming building (I was shocked by how much they fit in the space!). They even have a warehouse down the street they can take you to. The service was stellar (no pressure, easy-going, and helpful). The prices are incredible as well! It’s important to note that the furniture might have scuffs or minor issues - that’s why they’re such a deal! Inspect the piece you want carefully. They even have color-matched dye to treat scuffs. Our couch had a tiny scuff mark on it that they treated and you can’t see it at all!
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a high quality leather couch for...
Read moreFriendly staff and quality reasonably priced furniture to be found here. However, make sure to closely inspect what you buy. The couch I purchased sold as "new" but it had very large rips on the underside with staples sticking out - damage probably caused during shipment. Their was some minor damage to the legs that also wasn't noted prior to purchase... These issues don't affect functionality, but should have been noted...
