Would like to thank Naples Motorcoach and resort for treating us so poorly. We stayed at this resort since the day it opened for 9 years. We opened the resort and was one of seven families who were there when it opened. When the resort got different management we returned and were treated so absolutely poorly it was unbelievable and completely disrespectful. We were respectful and a small quiet family who from Canada 🇨🇦 just wanted a nice place to be snowbirds. Well. We are so thankful for your poor treatment as we left and are now proud owners at Pelican Motorcoach Resort. Our lot is twice the size as the campsites Naples provides, Trash is picked up everyday till 4. Not the small hour window they give at Naples. As long as your Motorcoach is in top notch. Condition it can be older but it does have to look nice. Oh and they don’t flip flop on that rule. We stayed at Naples our coach was beautiful and because it was beautiful they didn’t mind that it was 12 years older. Cuz there rules flip flop. Pool is open at Pelican all night. Sorry that Naples babysits there owners in telling them when they can swim in a pool they pay for. Dusk I believe is the cut off. Makes for a nice holiday when you want to go for a swim but you can’t. So so many activities at Pelican. Lots are full. All sites are owned. Numbers speak for themselves. Staff has bed. The same for years. Guess the resorts will just soeK for themselves. Thank you again Naples. Was the best thing that could of happened. We love our huge piece of paradise at PELICAN MOTORCOACH RESORT Not the tiny slice of pie we would of had at Naples Motorcoach. Toodles. Headed to the pool party 🎉. PS. Read moreClass A only park located right off 41 in south Naples. Entrance to the park is not well marked and the location of the entrance is in a high traffic, 55mph blind spot, so be very careful. There are accidents frequently and be prepared to hear emergency vehicles consistently. If you are sensitive to noise, request a site towards the back of the park as the traffic noise from 41 is very loud 24x7. Convenient to Marco Island and a multitude of stores/shopping. Park offers full hook-up, paved sites with approximately 6 ft. between rigs. Limited landscaping, but very well maintained. Clubhouse, 3 pools and spas, tennis court, fitness room and lots of planned activities throughout the winter season. The park allows outside vendors for RV repair, washing, waxing and even mobile dog washing. Additionally, they provide curb side trash pickup, daily complimentary continental breakfast, a weekly free poolside cocktail/appetizer mixer with live music as well as a weekly free happy hour meet & greet with a smorgasbord of appetizers. Wi-fi in the park is virtually unusable most of the time. I found 1-4AM the exception if you don't have an...
Read moreWe stayed in a 38 ft Motorhome with toad in one of their rental sites. The paved sites are large and level with grass on all sides. Be careful when backing in, their guide nearly backed me into the power pole! There are no privacy plantings between these sites. Overall the resort is clean, well maintained and beautifully landscaped. With three pools and three hot tubs there is plenty of room to relax. The singer we heard at their courtyard was very good. Security is good and the surrounding area feels safe and clean. Their breakfast offering is a little weak, consisting mainly of what looks like frozen foods heated and served, though the fruit was fresh and tasty. Bathrooms could have been a little better maintained, trash was not emptied for several days, and liquid hand soap is so old that it had separated. Overall it’s a very nice place and worth...
