This college was ok at first. I was doing fine I had all A's. One day my instructor went and dropped all my A's in English to an F. She did this after I mentioned having trouble in high school with English. I asked her for help, she screwed me over instead. Honestly this school is full of racist instructors which is why I transferred out. What made me think they were racist was the way the instructor would talk about a motorcycle gang and what she did to me. I'm sure it's been done to other Latinas too. I tried to appeal it because she literally dropped my A to an F the week of finals. All because I mentioned having trouble with English. When I tried to get the school to help they ignored my issue. I didn't get nothing not a call not a email and when I would call for resource help they would not answer. They seem to brush it under the rug. Haven’t even started going here yet and I’m already pretty annoyed with the staff. Late phone call appointments, being bounced around between staff and not getting questions completely answered. I’m a first time college student and active duty military. I thought the staff would be a little more helpful and friendly. Getting a degree plan and basic questions answered about it was the equivalent of getting teeth pulled. Had I not already invested time and energy getting paperwork started to go here I would choose a different school. I feel as if the staff here don’t even want students to go here. They need a serious lesson in customer service and professional etiquette. Words can’t explain how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with this institution after only a few short encounters. Where to start? The President of the school Don W is a class A man. He brought women's basketball and tons of programs to little old Lemoore. The women's team is head up by Coach Andrea P who runs a tight ship but has a great heart. The Financial Aid to the library all the way to the Snack bar staff, everyone is always there to help with a smile and a helping hand.
