Paid $17 to play mini golf with my 5 year old. After one hole on torn up greens, a teenager came out with a gas leaf blower and blasted it behind us the entire time. We couldn’t even talk and had to smell gas fumes through the whole course. This in spite of the fact that there were no leafs to blow, no one else playing, and they had just opened on a Sunday - they could have easily waited a bit or did it before the opened.
I told the manager after and he blamed it on the teenager and said he already talked to him about it. Which means that he saw it happening and sat on his butt rather than tell the kid to stop for a bit. It’s also pretty sad when a middle-aged man pushes the blame on a kid - you are a manager, so MANAGE the kids working for you.
He made no apology nor any offer to fix it alike a free game in the future or anything. The vibe was “Whatever. Not my fault. I already have your money.”
Would give 0 stars if I could. Much better mini golf...
Read moreWe have played about 125 games of mini golf this summer from CA to MN and now here. This was the worst experience of all. We started on the more difficult course with supposed water and sand traps. Well, they were leftover rainwater and brown cement. Most holes up to to 8th because that’s when we decided to try their other course, were patches of carpet. One hole was really beat up at the beginning and had about 3 different types of indoor/outdoor carpet. Gave up. Let’s try their other course. Must say, better kept up. Maybe it’s used more or it’s because it’s by the driving range. Played to about the 4th or 5th hole which appeared to go on for 4 miles. You know there is fun and then there is ridiculous. We feel this was $25.00 worth of ridiculous. Oh, no military or senior...

I played the front 9 with a friend of mine and had a great time. We were done in 90 minutes. Our kids were able to play mini-golf while we played.
Pros: There are a few holes you can actually use driver on. There are some unique challenges. The greens are in phenomenal shape. Very affordable and a great value.
Cons: The layout is a bit confusing. You'll figure it out, especially if you have an app like 18 birdies or swing u. There are NO fairways. But for a guy like me, practicing out of some mowed rough was actually helpful. I can imagine if it's busy, you'll hear "fore" a lot, because you have greens very close to each other and tee boxes close to greens.
Regardless - the staff was nice and I had a great time. ...
