Have a nice hp omen gaming laptop. Laptop would randomly restart. Was sure I had a hardware problem. Dwight told me it was a windows problem. I was very skeptical. When I picked it up he told me a windows update was stuck and he redid it. I was sure it wasn't gonna be fixed. 2 months and works great....
